RAS operates a facilities in upstate New York. Our corporate facility, located in Rome, NY, has approximately 7400 square feet of office/conference space. Our engineering facility in Rome, NY, provides approximately 400 square feet of lab space.

Our laboratory contains test equipment and digital receiver development tools to support both contract and internal research and development efforts. RAS development hardware includes a variety of A/D and FPGA VME and PCI development boards, VME chassis and support PCs. Our FPGA design tools (using VHDL) include the Xilinx ISE development environment (7.1i), XST logic synthesis and ChipScope Pro 8.2 FPGA logic analyzer from Xilinx, Synplify 8.2 logic synthesis and mapping from Synplicity, and Modelsim SE HDL simulator from Mentor Graphics. Laboratory test equipment includes analog and digital oscilloscopes, arbitrary waveform generators, spectrum analyzers, oscillilators, power meters and a network analyzer.
